Doctorate of Education in Leadership in Innovation and Continuous Improvement (LICI)

Inspired by a Christian worldview, stewardship, and service, the mission of Concordia University Ann Arbor's Ed.D. in Leadership in Innovation & Continuous Improvement (LICI) program is to prepare and equip individuals to have a constant drive to learn. These students will make a positive impact and add value to various vocations and communities of interest.

Program features

  • 3-year, 60-credit online program that encompasses three primary core areas of concentrated study: The Leadership Core, The Innovation and Improvement Science Core, and The Research Core.
  • In addition to the core areas of the program, Ed.D. students will be able to self-select a Business Emphasis, Education Emphasis, or a mixture of the two.
  • Courses are 8 weeks, online, and in a cohort model.
  • Two, 4-day residencies in Mequon, WI are required.
  • Cohort launches will being in Fall (August) and Spring (January) semesters.

Adult Learner Scholarships

We’re excited to offer four new uncommon scholarships exclusively for adult and post-traditional learners.

Ranging from $150-$500 per three-credit course, these scholarships can be applied to a variety of programs and are available to:

  • Employees of our corporate and academic partners
  • Concordia alumni
  • Employees of qualifying Christian schools and churches.
Scholarships are available for all qualifying enrolled students.
